About the Position
The Process Engineer will be responsible for analysing, optimizing and documenting production processes at our Turnov facility. The role involves direct cooperation with production, logistics and new product development.
Job Responsibilities
- Analysis and optimization of production flows, including value stream mapping.
- Management and documentation of FMEA, PPAP and Control Plan processes.
- Implementation of new technologies and processes into production.
- Cooperation on industrial automation projects.
- Reporting production performance KPIs to company management.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering or materials engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience as a process or production engineer.
- Knowledge of lean/six sigma methodologies is an advantage.
- Communicative English for technical documentation.
